AHH! Ok, so this weekend, the site editor on Weebly was "Under Construction". So I wasn't able to post. (Sad face) So today, I am writing to you people and its been a long day. I'm real tired after track practice, so please forgive me if some of my post is confusing or messed up. Cause it could potentially end up that way. Anyways, enough with explanations. I'll get to it.
So some times I have really really deep thoughts and so I sometimes (not always) write these thoughts down. For example, the following is a thought I had a few days ago combined with something I was thinking of today. Actually, after the day I had, this puts a smile on my face.
Everyday, there's a battle raging in our souls. Everyday, we wake up only to be beckoned in a million different directions. Darkness stretches over our whole world, trying to consume everything we care for, everything. It shrinks back and shudders, but only to the Light. It's terrified of the Light, cowering in fear and running in terror at the slightest glimpse. The two powers oppose each other but only one ever gains a full victory. Every once in a while another person falls victim to the terrible, soul consuming Darkness, but everyday, the Darkness is defeated by the Light. We see this when we look at the sky. During the day the sun is up and it's bright and beautiful outside, but during the night, the sky is dark. Well, sort of dark. As dark as it can get with an army of stars floating through space to ensure that the Light's people are always in good hands. Then you have the moon. It's light shines brighter than all the stars in the sky. It showers the Light's land in a beautiful glow so that we are never fully surrounded by the Darkness. All we have to do is look up to remember.
